The Biggest Loser!

Okay, so this is crazy. Sierra and I decided that we wanted to audition for NBC's The Biggest Loser. They had open casting calls at the NBC studios this past Saturday in Burbank, so Sierra and I went and stood in line for 5 hours. Our little group interview went really well, and we got a call to come back for a second interview the next week before we even got back to our car!! We screamed... alot...

After our audition Saturday I met Nick at Disneyland, and we got to hang out with my old roommate Ashley, her husband Devin, and friends from BYU Lindsey and Ashley all day long!! It was a blast! The best parts were fitting 6 full size adults into a single tea cup and actually getting it to spin, and Ashley leading Devin around with his eyes closed and his hands over his ears so he wouldn't hear or see Fantasmic! and ruin it because we were going to watch the next showing.

On Tuesday, Sierra and I drove into L.A. for our call back. This interview was half and hour as opposed to the 7 minutes that we got for 6 people at open casting. There were 2 interviewers and they filmed the interview so that it could be edited down to 3 minutes and sent to the casting directors of the show. We were awesome. We made the interviewers laugh so hard that one of them was crying. Highlights of the interview: Sierra telling them that if I held her back or got her kicked off that she would punch me in the ovary and me singing "Part of Your World". We had awesome shirts and we're pretty much already on the show... we hope.

The interviewers really liked us, so we'll just have to see how things go. We won't hear from them until mid to late April, and we'll only get a call if they want us to come back. If we get a call, we go and stay in L.A. for the 6 days prior to the start of taping, when we'll do more interviews and a physical and psychological evaluation. If they want us on the show, we go straight into taping, which starts June 1! Oh my goodness. I can't believe this. Everybody pray for me! Sierra and I want to get on the show so badly!! We're tired of being overweight and diets never working. Plus we'd make great TV!!!
