Nick's best friend Jason is getting married April 17th. Nick is the best man and will be lookin' smokin' hot in a tux... I need to look smokin' hot too. Anyone know where I can buy a super cute dress? I'd like to get something springy and fun, but I don't have a whole lot of money.

Ross. Cute and affordable. I get ALL my dresses there. And they have fabulous spring dresses. At least they usually do :)
I was going to say Ross, too. Or sometimes DownEast Outfitters has sales, you could check out their website. But those might be to casual.
Go to Deseret Industries, Savers, Good Will or go to your Mother closet she will have lot's of stuff only do this when she is gone so she doesn't flip out. Better yet just talk to dad for an early birthday present.
Do you have a Kohl's by you? I haven't been there for a while, so I'm not sure about spring-y dresses, but it seems like everything is always on sale. It might be worth a look (if you haven't already found something)
