Do you ever have days when you just feel empty and lonely? Today is one of those days for me.
My sister left today. She moved to Arizona.
My brother sent home a flash drive with a bunch of pictures and a video message. It was amazing to see and hear him. It made me so incredibly happy to see how well he was doing, but at the same time it made me miss him so much.
I've been realizing lately that I don't have any friends. I don't just mean pepos that I'm friendly with, I'm talking about best friends that will call me up to talk for no reason. Best friends that will text to say hi or tell me about something that happened in their day. Best friends who want to do things with me. Best friends that i see more than once a month and live nearby. Best friends who know me inside and out. I haven't had a friend like that since I left BYU.
Obviously my husband fits that description, but I desperately need a girl friend. Anyone want to apply for the job? I'm pretty awesome, and fun, and crafty and cool.
